Categories work like this - 1) You load all the posts, from one or more directories 2) You create categories in wordpress or from the software 3) You assign each post to one or more categories by either a) Manually editing the post and/or b) specifying keywords for each category and letting the software match the posts Videos can be found at http://www.plrposter.com/videos/ Hope that helps.
