1.  Log into your paypal account.
2.  Click on "Payments Sent"
3.  Click on "Details" for one of your payments to us (Software Factory)
4.  Near the top, it will say "See related" and have a hyperlink next to it.  Click on the hyperlink.
5.  At the bottom, click on "Cancel Subscription"
